About the Role

We’re hiring on behalf of one of our global clients—a Silicon Valley-based digital product company that delivers immersive 3D experiences, apps, and platforms for the world’s top brands. They’ve worked with names like Epic Games, IKEA, BMW, and AMD—and now they’re growing their global delivery team.

They’re looking for a Senior Software Engineering & Delivery Manager with a strong foundation in 3D graphics and a passion for leading technical teams. This is a remote, long-term contract role—offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to lead groundbreaking digital experiences used by millions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead distributed, agile software teams across 3D, AR/VR, web, mobile, and cloud technologies

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring code quality, velocity, and client satisfaction

• Serve as the key liaison between clients, product teams, and engineering leads

• Mentor engineers and create a culture of accountability, creativity, and delivery

• Plan and estimate tasks, create project documentation, and manage timelines and budgets

• Work hands-on with project architecture, specs, and problem-solving when needed

• Champion agile delivery practices and foster long-term team engagement

You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in software development with deep 3D/graphics experience

• 5+ years in project or team leadership roles

• Strong hands-on knowledge of WebGL, OpenGL, Metal, or DirectX

• Experience with real-time rendering, 3D engines, or immersive environments

• Excellent communication skills and experience managing remote teams

• Confidence running client-facing meetings and reporting progress

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and agile delivery practices

Nice to Have

• 🎮 Unity or Unreal Engine experience

• 🧠 Computer Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent practical experience)

• 🔍 Previous work on high-performance 3D or mobile applications

• 🌐 Experience in product consulting, startups, or fast-moving agencies

The Offer

• 💵 Highly competitive USD contract

• 📍 Fully remote (Europe/Eastern Europe preferred)

• ⏰ 32–40 hours/week, Mon–Fri
